This is Snowball kitty. He’s our love bug kitty, he’s our nervous kitty; he’s afraid of loud noises, strangers, and the vacuum cleaner. He doesn’t like to have his photo taken. He loves food, treats, and trying to snuggle with his sister in her buggy (coach). He has his own buggy but I suspect he just wants to cuddle with Cupcake, who rarely lets him.
The first moments of blue hour from Duffield’s Farm, Saturday, January 19.
The earth has fallen dark but the sky goddess refuses in this moment to yield her light to the coming night. See those warm yellow and orange shades in the middle? That’s where everyday life is lived. Babies are born and birthday celebrations and weddings, those stellar moments of perfect happiness take place in the blue and moments of great sorrow and despair take place in the darkness below. But most days are lived in the orange and the yellow. There’s great beauty in the average day, you just have to stop long enough to notice it.
