We have a regular visitor to our backyard. He’s a cutie pie. Usually he stops by to share peanuts with the Blue Jays and to munch on his bowl of critter food. But it seems he’s developed a taste for something new, suet. I bought this suet feeder to attract smaller birds like finches and woodpeckers. Little did I know I was offering up a new entree for our friendly neighborhood squirrel too.
Actually he’s very cute.
But don’t let his innocent little face fool you.
He’s really quite clever and incredibly agile and apparently rather hungry with a taste for suet.
He’s cute so I let him slide.
And what meal is complete without an ice cold beverage?
I love this post! Your squirrel photos made me smile, and such beautiful shots! The ‘Looking Innocent’ pose is simply adorable! Great capture!!
Thanks Lisa. He’s pretty much a permanent resident and fodder for plenty of photos. :)
Those photos are so adorable, you really captured the dirty crook that he is.
I love the one where he is eating his reward, he’s too cute.
Hugs, AnnMarie
I wanna scritch his fuzzy belly!!
Me too!
