Day 202
Greetings from steamy NJ. I went outside this morning to feed our stray kitty Goldie Girl and it was like walking out into the rain forest. Dear God it’s humid. I know, I know. You don’t stop by to read about the weather but it’s just so hot. LOL
I feel bad that I have nothing to talk about every night because really I’ve done nothing. I’m reading, surfing the web, and watching bad reality TV. It’s nice to have nothing to report in regard to cancer but I feel bad that my 2 week break from all things medical leaves you reading about the weather and really bad reality TV. But a long as we’re talking reality TV … I’m so disappointed in Famous Food, Big Rich Texas, Sweet Home Alabama and Texas Women. They’re all quite boring. Where’s the crazy ladies? Can no one bring the crazy? *laughs* Oh well, I have Jerseylicious to keep me entertained.
Oh oh oh! Speaking of REALLY REALLY bad reality TV or perhaps surrealiality TV did anyone of you see Hillstranded on Discovery after Deadliest Catch on Tuesday night? Dear God it was so bad I was embarrassed for them just watching it. No wonder they tried to bury it. *shakes head* There’s bringing the crazy and then there’s bringing the off the wall and then there’s bringing the crazy off the wall so embarrassing it’s uncomfortable to watch. If I were the Hillstrands I’d be hiding under the bed not taking any calls from the press. Holy smokes! Poor guys.
Thanks for stopping by every day, I love you all.
Love,
~ Carol Anne
Didn’t catch the Hillstands. I’m currently trying to get into Glee on Netflix. It’s not that I don’t like it. I think it’s that I haven’t had a chance to really sit down and enjoy an episode. I keep getting interrupted by life in general.
As for reality I admit to watching Say Yes To The Dress along with Toddlers & Tiaras. I have NO clue why I watch the pageant show. There’s just something that has me hooked. Disbelief maybe? Who knows.
BTW if you’d like an invite to Google+ I’ve got some to give out. At least the last time I checked I had some. You can email me at: thejerseywifeATgmailDOTcom
I got the invite. Thank you. You know I’ve never seen Toddlers & Tiaras. I’ve seen the commercials and always think I’d love the train wreckness of it all. The first season of Glee is the best. Make time for that for sure. This last season was good but not the greatness of the first.
